Participants will learn why change management is a foundational ITGC domain, how system changes can impact financial reporting, and the key risks associated with code, configuration, emergency, data, and infrastructure changes. The course also explores the change lifecycle, common control weaknesses, SaaS and SOC report considerations, and the role of auditor judgment in evaluating change-related risk.
