Cancellation Policy

CPE Prime makes every effort to provide the best service to our clients, however, sometimes we cannot meet everyone’s needs. Our clients may cancel at any time by calling or texting us at 813-785-0721 or via “live chat” on our website. We ask that our clients please provide a reason for the cancellation, this allows us an opportunity to learn and improve or correct a possible deficiency to benefit other clients in the future. Once received, a call or email will be sent within 48 hours to confirm the cancelation is complete. Please refer to the refund policy for money back.


Refund Policy

CPE Prime prides itself on customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to all our clients. While our goal is to meet everyone’s expectations and needs, we realize that some customers may have a dissatisfaction with our services. CPE Prime takes honor in reaching the best possible outcome with all our clients.

Online Self-Study Programs –

We offer every client a 30-day money back guarantee on all E-book, Audio, and Video Self-Study Programs provided you do not exceed one course over 8 hours. Individually purchased courses will be offered as store credit provided no certificate was issued.

Online Webinar Program –

We offer every client a 30-day money back guarantee on all webinar programs (minus the on-line cost of any individual webinar that a certificate has been issued for). Individually purchased webinars will be offered as store credit provided a certificate has not been issued.

Live In-Person Seminar/Conferences –

We do our best to accommodate everyone’s situation and we realize that sometimes life happens. Below is a breakdown of our Live In-Person refund policy. Please understand our expenses begin about 120 days prior to the event, (hotel fees, speaker fees, travel arrangements, handout material) so we are more limited on what you will be refunded.

  • >121 days (about 4months) prior to the event = 100% refund
  • >91 days (about 3 months) prior to the event = 75% refund
  • >61 days (about 2 months) prior to the event = 50% refund
  • >31 days (about 1 Month) prior to the event = 25% refund
  • 30 days or less before the event = No Refund

 If you fall within the 30 days before the event you can, apply it to the next year, apply it towards a different event location within the same year, apply it as a store credit towards a future purchase, or swap it for a different program. We apologize for the inconvenience but as stated, fees have already been paid in support of your attendance.

 **SPECIAL NOTE** If NO Arrangement has been made (7) days prior to the event, any monies paid will be forfeited. Store credit, event transfers, and date swaps will be forfeited. Anyone who does not show up on the day of the event will be forfeited. If special assistance is needed at the event, please see the onsite coordinator.

 Website Purchases –

Refunds will not be issued for any online purchases; this is stated at the point of purchase and will be considered final.

 If you purchased the wrong course or program, please give us a call at 813-785-0721 and we will transfer your purchase to what you intended to purchase, or to a different program/course of your choice at equal or lesser value if no certificate was issued to you.
