This presentation by author and Excel expert David Ringstrom, CPA, builds on the discussion in part 1 of his two-part series on spreadsheet basics. You’ll learn how to duplicate Excel worksheets to save time, as well as create a fallback position. David will explore the nuances of copying and pasting in Excel, which is different than in other programs. You’ll also learn techniques such as merging cells, finding data, tracing formulas, sorting lists, and recovering unsaved workbooks.
Learning Objectives:
• Define the arguments for the INDEX worksheet function.
• State which section of Excel’s File menu enables you to mark a document as trusted.
• Recall the area of Excel’s Options dialog box that allows you to enable the Solver feature in Excel.
To complete this course participants need to: View the video and complete an assessment exam with a minimum passing grade of 70% or higher.
